Terms of service

The agreement for using WarpSpeed

Last updated November 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Bunker Cloud Services LLC, which operates WarpSpeed ("we," "us," or "our"). They cover the WarpSpeed website, account portal, software, licenses, updates, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a license, installing the software, or using a service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you use WarpSpeed for an organization, you confirm that you may bind that organization to these terms.

What we provide

WarpSpeed is software for running a WireGuard VPN on a server you or your provider control. We provide the software, licensing, updates, the account portal, and support. We do not host your VPN connection, operate your server, or control your cloud provider. You are responsible for the server, its hosting and network charges, backups, access controls, and the traffic that passes through it.

Features and limits depend on the plan shown when you subscribe. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features, but will give reasonable advance notice when a material change adversely affects a paid feature. We may deliver security and maintenance updates automatically according to the settings available in the software.

Accounts and licenses

Provide accurate account and billing information, keep your sign-in methods secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for people you authorize to use your account or server. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a license.

We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use WarpSpeed software and its updates while you comply with these terms and the limits of your plan. You may install it on servers you control and allow your users to connect. Your license does not transfer ownership of the software or our trademarks. Components made available under separate open source licenses remain subject to those licenses.

Acceptable use

You may not use WarpSpeed to break the law or infringe others' rights; send spam; distribute malware; harass or threaten others; gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts; interfere with the service or its security; evade license limits; or use the service in a way that materially harms our systems, other customers, or third parties. You must comply with applicable export controls and sanctions. Do not rely on WarpSpeed for life support, emergency response, or other uses where a failure could cause serious injury or damage.

We do not routinely inspect traffic on your server. If we receive a credible abuse report, we may investigate what we can access, contact you, and take proportionate action on the account or license. We may act without advance notice when necessary to prevent harm or comply with law.

Fees, renewal, and cancellation

Paid plans are charged in advance at the price, currency, billing interval, and taxes shown at checkout. Unless you turn renewal off, a paid license renews automatically for the same interval and we may charge the payment method on file. We will give notice of price changes and renewal reminders when required by law. A changed price applies no earlier than the next renewal after notice.

You can turn off automatic renewal for an individual server at any time on its account page. The license remains active through its paid term and does not renew. To close your entire account, use the cancellation page in your account or email support@warpspeedvpn.com. Account closure is handled by support, so turn off each server's renewal in the portal if you want to stop future charges immediately. Cancelling does not erase charges already due.

If you cancel a paid license before its term ends, contact us for a prorated refund of the unused prepaid period. We may deduct amounts already owed and may decline a refund for fraud, abuse, or a material violation of these terms, where the law permits. If we discontinue a paid service or end your license without cause, we will refund the unused prepaid period. Nothing here limits a refund right required by law.

Your server and information

You retain control of the configuration and content on your server. You grant us permission to process the account, billing, support, and server check-in information needed to provide the service as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for notices and permissions owed to people who use your server. Do not send private keys, passwords, or sensitive traffic contents to support.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account or license for nonpayment, a material breach of these terms, legal requirements, or a credible security or abuse risk. When practical, we will notify you and give you a chance to fix the issue. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your right to use paid features ends, but terms about payment owed, ownership, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other provisions that reasonably need to survive will continue.

Warranties and liability

We work to keep WarpSpeed reliable and secure, but software and networks can fail. To the extent the law permits, we provide the service "as is" and disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular security outcome, or compatibility with every server or network.

To the extent the law permits, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data arising from the service. Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, amounts you owe, or liability that cannot legally be limited.

You agree to defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of WarpSpeed, your server or traffic, or your material breach of these terms, except to the extent the claim results from our own misconduct. We will give you prompt notice and reasonable cooperation, and you may not settle a claim in a way that imposes obligations on us without our consent.

Disputes and governing law

California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes arising from these terms or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California, and each party consents to those courts. You may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. Before filing suit, please email support@warpspeedvpn.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

Changes and general terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version with its effective date and give advance notice by email or through the service for material changes. Changes do not apply retroactively to a dispute that arose earlier. If you do not agree to new terms, you may stop using the service and turn off renewal before they take effect.

These terms and any terms presented for a specific purchase are the entire agreement about the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all related assets. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. You may contact us about these terms at support@warpspeedvpn.com.
