Start with a fresh server
A CentOS Stream server with a public IP address is all you need.

Run the installer
Run the installer with sudo, which opens the ports in firewalld and leaves SELinux enforcing.
curl -fsSL https://warpspeedvpn.net/install.sh | sudo bash -
Claim your server
Open the setup link the installer prints, choose a name, and set your password.
CentOS Linux 7 and 8 are past their end of life; use CentOS Stream, Rocky Linux, or AlmaLinux instead.
