Privacy policy

How WarpSpeed handles information about you

Last updated November 5, 2026

This policy describes how Bunker Cloud Services LLC, operating as WarpSpeed ("we," "us," or "our"), collects and uses personal information through warpspeedvpn.net, our account portal, the WarpSpeed software's check-ins, billing, and support. Your VPN runs on a server you control. We do not carry or routinely inspect the traffic inside your VPN tunnel.

Information we collect

  • Account and contact details. Your email address, account name, billing contact and address if you provide them, sign-in and support messages, and preferences.
  • Purchases. Plan, invoices, payment status, transaction identifiers, and limited payment method details such as card type and last four digits. Stripe processes payment card details; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Server and license details. Server identifiers, chosen hostnames, public IP addresses, software version, architecture, basic hardware specifications, license and renewal status, and check-in times. A server sends these details to us to register, license, update, and maintain its name. We may receive limited diagnostic information when you ask for support.
  • Website and security activity. IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring page, request time, cookies, and similar technical records. Certain images record request headers, apart from Cookie and Authorization headers, to measure views and investigate misuse. We do not intentionally collect the contents of your VPN traffic through the website.

We receive this information from you, your browser, your WarpSpeed server, payment providers, and, when you use one, a cloud marketplace or identity provider. You can choose not to provide optional details, but some features need an email address, a working server connection, or payment information.

How we use it

We use information to create and secure accounts; authenticate users; issue licenses and server names; deliver updates and support; process payments and renewals; send service notices; detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with law; and understand and improve the website and product. We may send product news or offers where permitted, and you can opt out of those messages. We do not use server check-in information to profile the contents of your VPN traffic.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The account portal uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. The marketing site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure visits and advertising results. These tags may set cookies and send Google your IP address, browser information, page activity, and advertising identifiers. Google may use that information under its own policies. Marketing tags do not load on account, billing, or server console pages.

Under some privacy laws, the advertising tags may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell customer lists or server data for money. You can stop marketing tags in this browser using the choice below. We also honor a browser Global Privacy Control signal for these tags. A browser's older Do Not Track signal does not change our practices because there is no consistent way to interpret it. Other sites and providers may still track you under their own policies.

Your privacy choice

Stop analytics and advertising tags on this site in this browser.

Checking your browser setting...

Turning the tags off does not remove cookies Google may already have set. You can clear those in your browser. For other privacy requests, email support@warpspeedvpn.com.

When we disclose information

We share only what is reasonably needed with vendors that provide hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, advertising measurement, and security services. We may disclose information to your cloud marketplace or identity provider when you choose to use it; to professional advisers; to comply with a valid legal request; to protect people, rights, or systems; or in a merger, financing, or sale of the business. We may publish aggregate or deidentified statistics that do not reasonably identify a person. We do not publish support requests without permission.

How long we keep information

We keep account, server, and license records while the account or license is active and for a reasonable period afterward to provide support, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Billing records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. Security and website records are kept only as long as needed for operations and investigations, then deleted or deidentified. Support correspondence is kept while the issue is active and as reasonably needed to document its resolution. Backups may take additional time to expire. We apply these criteria to each category above and do not keep personal information longer than reasonably necessary for its disclosed purpose.

Your choices and rights

You can update account details in the portal, turn off renewal on a server's account page, and request account closure through the portal. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the instructions in them, while still receiving service and billing messages. You can control or clear cookies in your browser. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email support@warpspeedvpn.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

California residents may also request information about categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and categories of recipients; request correction or deletion; opt out of sale or sharing; and limit use of sensitive personal information when that right applies. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. An authorized agent may submit a request by emailing us with proof of authority; we may also ask you to verify the request directly. If we deny a request, we will explain why and how to appeal if applicable.

For the preceding 12 months, the categories described above have been collected for the purposes stated here and disclosed to the recipient categories above. We have not knowingly sold personal information for money. Marketing tags may constitute sharing of website activity and identifiers with Google; you can opt out using the browser control above. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

If you live outside California, applicable law may give you similar rights, including to object to certain processing or request a copy of your information. We will honor requests as required by law. Our services are operated from the United States; if information is transferred from another country, we use safeguards required by applicable law.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure. Please protect your account and server credentials and contact us if you believe they have been compromised. WarpSpeed is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through the site.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. We will post the revised policy with its effective date and give additional notice for material changes when required. For questions or privacy requests, email support@warpspeedvpn.com.
